Antrim and Newtownabbey does not currently operate a direct empty-home loan or grant. Owners may still be subject to the council tax premium below and can contact the empty-property officer for advice.

Notes

Northern Ireland - no domestic rates premium regime. £1.4m Living Above the Shops scheme and Vacant Derelict Improvement Scheme are commercial / town-centre focused, not residential empty homes. The Northern Ireland Housing Executive (NIHE) handles residential housing centrally.
