Zero-interest loan to owners and developers to bring empty buildings back into use across Southend, Basildon, Thurrock, Castle Point, Rochford and Brentwood. Property must be brought back into use within agreed project timescales and made available to rent within 12 weeks after project completion (or marketed for sale). Project runs to March 2026. Per-applicant maximum not published on source page.
