Available to owners of properties classified as empty. Designed to finance small works that help bring properties back into residential use. One grant per empty property per financial year.
Empty Property Loan Fund for owner-occupied properties via Decent Homes lending where funds are available. Loans can also be used to complete energy efficiency improvements to obtain an EPC for properties being refurbished with a view to renting. Administered by Lendology CIC.
