Eligibility

Capital grants to incentivise property owners and potential occupiers to bring vacant properties back into use across the city. Originally city centre focused, citywide scheme reopened in 2025 with £200k council funding plus £500k from Department for Communities. Broader than residential empty homes - includes commercial-to-active-use. Includes free matchmaking service and Economic Development wraparound support.
