Eligibility

Interest-free loan: up to £25,000 inside current selective licence areas and up to £20,000 outside. Accredited landlords only. Conditional on no Council Tax arrears or debt to Burnley Council across all owned properties. Property must be in significant disrepair (Category 1 Hazards under Housing Act 2004), have been vacant for minimum 12 months, and undergo renovation to Gold Accreditation Standard, completed and occupied within 6 months.
