Bury does not currently operate a direct empty-home loan or grant. Owners may still be subject to the council tax premium below and can contact the empty-property officer for advice.

Notes

Council explicitly states no means to offer empty property grants or loans. Works with GMELA + Six Town Housing only. Matchmaker scheme + reduced 5% VAT on 3yr+ empty refurbs are alternative routes.
