Cambridge previously ran an empty-home scheme that is currently suspended. Council tax premium and council contact details are still relevant for empty-property owners in the area.

Notes

Empty Homes Loan Scheme (up to £25k interest-free via Town Hall Lettings) was WITHDRAWN after 2017. Policy under review with no replacement live as of 2026.
