Cannock Chase does not currently operate a direct empty-home loan or grant. Owners may still be subject to the council tax premium below and can contact the empty-property officer for advice.
Notes
West Midlands district. No dedicated empty homes grant or loan scheme currently published. Private Sector Housing team offers an equity release scheme, generic loans and a handyman service but not targeted at empty properties. Historic 2018 loan up to £10k no longer advertised.
