Eligibility

Property must be empty for 6+ months. Loans in units of £25,000 to a maximum of £175,000 per applicant. Interest-free subject to conditions. Repayment up to 3 years for loans to let (from registration of secured charge in favour of Kent County Council) or 24 months / on first-unit sale for loans to sell. Council tax premium

A property is classed as "long-term empty" once it has been unoccupied and substantially unfurnished for a qualifying period. The premium is charged on top of the standard council tax bill.
