Financial incentive of up to £5,500 for letting your property to the council

Eligibility

Croydon Council seeks private rented properties to house families within the borough, paying a financial incentive of up to £5,500. Properties are let at the Local Housing Allowance rate with no fees or commissions. Landlords must provide proof of ownership, a licensing certificate where applicable, an EPC, and gas and electrical safety certificates. Contact procurementteam@croydon.gov.uk.
