Eligibility

Empty home loans administered through Lendology CIC, funded via a 20-local-authority consortium. Loan can be used whether the property is to be sold or let. Eligible applicants include individuals who have inherited a property, plus companies converting a portfolio of empty properties. Loan secured as a charge on the property. Healthy Homes Grant available separately for urgent/essential repairs.
