Hertfordshire County Council does not currently operate a direct empty-home loan or grant. Owners may still be subject to the council tax premium below and can contact the empty-property officer for advice.

Notes

Does not run a county-wide empty-homes scheme. PLACE Empty Homes Loan in Hertfordshire is delivered by individual district councils (Hertsmere BC etc.). Herts Home Improvement Agency does not cover empty-property loans.
