Lancashire County Council does not currently operate a direct empty-home loan or grant. Owners may still be subject to the council tax premium below and can contact the empty-property officer for advice.

Notes

Previous county Empty Homes Programme ended 2016. Current Lancs CC offering limited to Cosy Homes in Lancashire (energy) and HSF. District councils (Preston, Ribble Valley, Burnley etc.) handle empty homes.
