Eligibility

Property must have been empty for at least 12 months. Applicant must own the property, have no outstanding Council Tax arrears and not be subject to formal housing enforcement action. Renovations must bring the property to at least the Decent Homes Standard with no Category 1 hazards. £7.3m total programme running for up to three years or until funds are allocated.
