Guaranteed rent + guaranteed deposit on managed terms up to 5 years; sign-up incentives

Eligibility

Medway Council's relaunched lettings service offers landlords tiered options (tenant finder, rent collection, fully managed). Landlords signing up to the managed service for up to 5 years receive guaranteed rent, a guaranteed deposit, and financial incentives paid within 2 weeks of sign-up.
