Empty home owners in Plymouth. Repair & Rent route: loan up to £50,000 per unit with a 20% grant element where owner lets at LHA rates through EasyLet. Financial Assistance route: loans up to £50,000 per unit (up to £100,000 multiple units, up to £150,000 per property in exceptional cases) with owner managing the works. Companies may borrow at low interest.
