Eligibility

Salford Property Link is a lettings agency run within Salford Housing Options Point. Its premium package combines full property and tenancy management (rent collection, minor repairs, safety checks, void management) with guaranteed rental income. Properties must be fit to live in, pass an HHSRS assessment, and carry gas/electrical certificates, an EPC and working smoke/CO alarms.

Notes

Council references advice, support and possible financial assistance for empty property owners (historic grants to third-sector partners). No standing application-ready loan/grant programme with a published amount.
