Owners of empty homes in Southwark. Grant up to £40,000 where owner lets the property through a council-run scheme (covering up to 50% of costs on 3+ bedroom properties). Loan up to £70,000 also available where owner prefers to rent privately or reoccupy. Grant + loan may be combined.
