Surrey County Council does not currently operate a direct empty-home loan or grant. Owners may still be subject to the council tax premium below and can contact the empty-property officer for advice.

Does not operate a county-wide empty-homes scheme. Surrey CC administers Warm Homes Local Grant on behalf of 11 boroughs/districts (energy only). Empty-homes functions handled by each borough/district.
