Tameside does not currently operate a direct empty-home loan or grant. Owners may still be subject to the council tax premium below and can contact the empty-property officer for advice.

Notes

Operates a Lease and Repair scheme with Ashton Pioneer Homes (6-year lease in exchange for refurbishment). Private sector leasing - out of scope. No loan/grant for private owners. Contact emptyhomes@tameside.gov.uk.
