Available to empty-property owners in receipt of a means-tested or long-term disability benefit, or aged 70+. Subject to funding and linked to letting the property for a specified period.
Available to owners of empty properties and landlords in Teignbridge District. Funded by the council and administered by Lendology CIC. Flexible repayment terms with deferred period to allow refurbishment before payments begin. Contact 01823 461099 or loans@lendology.org.uk.
Partners with Lendology CIC for flexible deferred-repayment empty-property loans, plus a small means-tested grant up to £2,500 for owners on qualifying benefits or aged 70+. Private sector leasing also offered.
