Eligibility

Loans to assist owner-occupiers with essential repairs, bring long-term empty properties back into use, and convert empty buildings to residential units. Repayable over up to 5 years (new applications from May 2025 limited to 3 years). Successor to the previous Houses Into Homes Scheme for landlord/developer renovation.

Notes

Participates in Welsh Government NEH Grant (up to £25,000) and offers interest-free housing loans £1,000-£35,000 over up to 3 years (post-May 2025) including an Empty Property Landlord Loan replacing the previous Houses Into Homes Scheme.
