Eligibility

Property empty for at least 6 months. Grants/loans available towards major works or repair. Owners can alternatively enter a 5-year lease agreement with the council giving access to up to £25,000 funding for 1, 2 or 3-bed properties.

Empty property grant/loan for major repair works on properties empty 6+ months, plus a 5-year private sector leasing scheme paying up to £25,000 for 1-3 bed properties.
