Eligibility

Property must have been empty for at least 6 consecutive months and sited within Wrexham County with council tax payable to Wrexham CBC. Interest-free if fully repaid within the agreed term (typically 2-3 years). Max 80% loan-to-value combined with any existing mortgage. Arrangement fee applies.
