Proppys is an information and research tool for UK property auction investors. The Service aggregates auction listings, provides market data, investment calculators, and AI-assisted analysis. It is not a regulated financial service.

Subscription Plans and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are at our discretion. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
